Hi, I’m Judith Cousineau—founder of The Growth Direction.

For over thirty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing operations, consulting services, and executive leadership. I've led teams through digital transformation, supported clients across industries, and built strategies that drive real results. But what’s stayed constant throughout my career is my commitment to people—because the strongest organizations are the ones that put their teams and clients at the center.

I created The Growth Direction to offer something different: a space where growth doesn’t come at the cost of burnout, and where operational excellence and authentic leadership go hand-in-hand. I work with agencies and business leaders who are scaling their services, unifying their operations, or simply looking to create a better experience for their clients, their teams, and themselves.

My leadership approach is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and a bit of no-nonsense strategy. I believe in building trust through action, solving problems with empathy, and celebrating progress—not perfection.
